Lasya has more than 18 years of Professional experience in the Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing and start-up industries. Having a business background, Digital Marketing & Communications gives him access to explore human behavior in the industry. Expanding from Communications and Advertising to Marketing Technology. During his tenure, he was given the role of Managing Director and founded a startup, a digital talent incubator, which later inspired him to become a professional Coach.

Lasya uses various types of coaching ranging from Leadership, Communication, Business strategy, digital marketing, and career. His colleagues range from executives, c-suites and business owners. Lasya believes that a person is a whole, therefore their personality is tied to who they are in it because there is no such thing as work life balance because work is a part of life.

During coaching engagements, Lasya's priority is to focus on partners' performance potential and resources. Lasya uses strength and presence-based coaching to optimize both performances.
